Born in Semarang, 10 August 1977. Agus completed his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang in 1999. In 2003 he received a Masters in Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Structural Engineering. He received his Doctorate degree in 2023 from Tarumanagara University, with research in Artificial Intelligence Methods on non-cement geopolymer concrete materials. Agus also has the professional title of Intermediate Professional Engineer (IPM) which he obtained in 2021. After graduating from undergraduate school, Agus served as a permanent lecturer at his alma mater university for approximately 9 years, until 2008. After being involved in the world of construction at a national structural contractor and consultant company for almost 3 years, Agus decided to return to the world of education as a lecturer.
He has produced several scientific works in the form of scientific writings in several National and International Journals, as well as being a speaker at several National and International Seminars. Apart from that, Agus also produces scientific works in the form of textbooks which are published by national scale publishers. Currently, Agus is one of the permanent lecturers at the Department of Civil Engineering at Pembangunan Jaya University, and is also active as a professional practitioner in the field of Civil Engineering, especially in the field of Building Structure.

He also serves as a reviewer as well as a writer of various and international conferences.
Hendra Saputra is an engineer, lecturer and researcher in the geotechnical field. He started his career in civil engineering on high-rise building projects and moved on to laboratory and field testing of soil mechanics. After completing his bachelor's degree at Mercu Buana University in 2016, he completed his master's degree at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering as a scholarship recipient from the Russian Federation in the field of geotechnical expertise in 2022. Presently, he works as a lecturer at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya in the Civil Engineering department.

Galih Wulandari Subagyo is an engineer, researcher and educator in the field of civil engineering and also currently as Secretary Department Civil Engineering. At present, she works as a lecturer at Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. She received her bachelor and master degrees in civil engineering from Universitas Trisakti, Indonesia. She is also an expert for scientific construction and transportation, well known as "Master of Asphalt".
Resdiansyah has backgrounds in various civil engineering Industries, including transportation and the implementation of intelligent transportation systems. In addition, he has expertise in transportation systems, government project planning, and international consulting projects. Resdiansyah is currently the Chief of Urban Mobility, Nusantara National Capital City, Republic of Indonesia; Vice President of the Intelligent Transportation System Association of Indonesia; a Technical Expert at the Ministry of Transportation; a Pool of Experts for the Toll Road Regulatory Agency at the Ministry of Work; and an expert at the Jakarta Transportation Authority. Previously, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Design at Pembangunan Jaya University and Director of Centre for Urban Studies, which is the university's centre of excellence. He holds a Ph.D.
Pratika Riris Putrianti currently as Head of Department Civil Engineering Department and also lecturer in structure engineering at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. She received her master degree in civil engineering with High Rise Building speciality from Universitas Indonesia, Depok, Indonesia in 2018, and bachelor degree in civil engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Solo, Indonesia in 2012. She has five (5) years industrial experiences in the field of civil construction as a structural engineer and one (1) year as a technical manager. She has joined Universitas Pembangunan Jaya since January 2020. She focuses her research on innovation building, concrete and innovation building management.
He achieved his Doctoral degree in civil engineering in 1987 from the University of Stuttgart. He completed his engineer degree (Ir.) at the Department of Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1978. He is appointed as Professor in concrete structure and construction engineering in 2003. Since 2007 he is the founding chairman of Euro Asia Civil Engineering Forum. He holds two professional licenses: IPU from the Indonesian Association of Structural Engineer (HAKI) and G I from the Indonesian Association of Geotechnical Engineer (HATTI). More than 20 years he has involved in high rise building and bridge projects. He has joined in various civil engineering consultants.

He is a scientific coordinator at Civil Engineering Department. He began his professional carrier as Tutor at University of Indonesia, and promoted as lecturer for Water Resources Engineering in 1976. He received British Council Award for study at University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and received Master of Science in Engineering Hydrology. His experience as Water Resources Planner was gained, while conducting various river basins planning projects in Indonesia. In 1991, he received award from Indonesia Planning Board, for Doctoral study in SUNY at Buffalo, USA. Afterward, he taught at Pancasila University, Jakarta. He was installed as Professor in Urban Drainage in April 2003. Then, he was assigned by the Directorate General of Water Resources Development, Ministry of Public Works, as Coordinator for Capacity Building in Water Resources Sector in Indonesia (1997 – 2000). In 2003 until 2016, he was assigned as lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti of Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Currently, he is teaching at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, Bintaro. Overall, the courses cover Numerical Analysis, Statistics, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Urban Drainage, Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Structures, and Engineering Economics.

She is skillful in Mentoring, Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, Lecturing, Public Speaking, Microsoft Office, and Research. She is an experienced researcher concentrating on active learning and higher educational policy. Strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Chemistry education from Miami University. In January 2021, she added a more skillset: Social Impact Measurement. She has a "Level 1 Associate Practitioner." Level 1 Associate Practitioner status is the first step of the SVI Practitioner Pathway. Practitioners develop their skills, knowledge, and practice in social value, impact management, and the practical application of the SVI framework in social impact assessment and Social Return On Investment (SROI). To continue her passion for developing others, she took the Loop Corporate Coaching Certification (LCCC) certification. She is now a certified coach. In 2023, she had an opportunity to visit Tamkang University in Taiwan for a post-doctoral activity and learn about Futures Studies. She is happy to help others to reach more, even for the futures.

Rizka Arbaningrum is a lecturer at Civil Engineering Department, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. She received her bachelor degree in engineering and master degree in engineering (water resources) from Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, Indonesia. In 2014-2018, she was a technical staff at the Central Office of Pemali-Juana River Region, Directorate General of Water Resources Development, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Indonesia. While working there, she had the opportunity to handle several tasks relate to water, namely the Tambak Lorok Drainage Development in Semarang City (2015-2017), Flood and Rob Control in the East Semarang Region (2017-2018).
Tri Nugraha Adi Kesuma is a lecturer of Civil Engineering Department at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. In 2007 he obtained his bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung and began his profession as engineer. In 2010 he began his career in education as an academic assistant at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan while completing his master’s degree at Institut Teknologi Bandung. He then became a lecturer in Civil Engineering at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, specializing in Wter Resources Engineering. He was active in water resource risk management which became his main study topic and cornerstone of his dissertation. While completing his dissertation at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2019 to 2023, he was actively involved in various national and international research projects that resulted in academic papers and a policy brief on Jakarta flood risk management.
